Blue Origin experienced rapid growth, expanding its workforce from 750 to nearly 3,000 employees in under three years and requiring immediate additional space.

The company sought a high-tech, sustainable facility to inspire innovation and support 1,500 team members—serving as its new headquarters and research and development center.

Sprung designed and delivered a 20,900 m² (225,000 ft²) tensioned membrane structure that was completed in just 11 months—nearly two years faster than traditional construction methods. The building was finished on time and on budget, featuring a modern design that promotes employee wellbeing, including a garden, fitness facilities, an auditorium, and multiple collaborative spaces.
