After Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans and surrounding areas in August 2005, the Salvation Army urgently needed safe, durable, and cost-effective structures to support disaster recovery efforts.
Sprung responded within three weeks, supplying several 11,200-square-foot (≈1,040 m²) structures. Each facility featured engineered interior partitions, allowing teams to efficiently manage food distribution, Sunday School, youth programs, and other essential community services during the recovery period.
